Hand off a report

Stop building decks.
Share a link.

Spar writes the monthly report from your audit and test data, you reorder a few sections, and you hand off a frozen link. Stakeholders read it without a login.

The report is a snapshot, frozen at generation. The share link needs no Spar account.

Sections written from your data

Spar drafts the report from your audit and GA4, so the executive summary and metrics arrive already filled in.

A frozen snapshot

The report locks at generation time. What you send is what they see, safe to hand off and archive.

No account needed to read it

Stakeholders open a link in the browser. No Spar login, no export, no attachment to chase.

The report, generated for you

A stakeholder-ready document, assembled from your data.

Spar drafts every section from your audit and tests. You reorder, edit, and share the frozen link. This is what the reader opens.

March 2026 report

Northwind Goods, last 30 days

ShareNo Spar account needed

Hi team, here is how the last 30 days played out across the funnel. We shipped two checkout fixes, called one PDP test, and lined up next month's priorities. Highlights below.

Executive summary

Conversion rate rose to 2.4% as the checkout fixes landed, lifting revenue per session despite flat traffic. The PDP trust-badge test reached significance and shipped. Mobile remains the weakest step in the journey and is the focus for April.

What changed this month

  • Checkout fixes shipped, lifting completed checkouts by an estimated 4%.
  • PDP trust-badge test reached 95% confidence and was promoted to a fix.

Key learnings

  • Social proof near the price outperforms social proof in the footer.
  • Mobile cart abandonment spikes at the shipping step rather than at payment.

Illustrative. Section content is an example, with no real store behind it. The sections, the generation, and the shareable link are real.

How it works

You click Generate, then mostly review.

Spar writes the first draft and fills it with your data. You shape the sections and hand off the link.

  1. Click Generate report

    You

Open Reports and click Generate report. Add an optional title (it defaults to the month and year) and a short intro note to set context for the reader. That is all you supply.

  2. Spar drafts it from your data

    Spar

It takes about a minute. Spar writes the executive summary, pulls the health score and performance snapshot from GA4, and assembles CRO priorities from your tests and fixes. You start from a full draft instead of a blank page.

  3. Choose and reorder sections

    You

Defaults cover introduction, executive summary, health and journey, what changed, key learnings, and CRO priorities. Add, remove, reorder, or edit any of them, and write custom sections for an audience that needs something specific.

  4. Share the link

    You

Click Share, copy the URL, and send it over Slack or email. The report is frozen at this point, so verify it first. Recipients open it in the browser with no Spar account.

  5. Collect feedback when you need it

    You

A report is read-only by design. When you want stakeholders to weigh in on a specific opportunity, share that one live so they can vote, comment, and approve.

Which tool when

Reports are not the only way to share.

A report freezes a period into a deliverable. A live share keeps one item open for feedback. They do different jobs.
